Experience and Fitness

If you are joining a regularly scheduled hiking group you must have a basic level of fitness which would allow you to hike for at least five hours with a moderate amount of elevation gain and loss ( up to 1000m or 3000 ft)

If you would like the opportunity to go at your own pace, be it fast or slow, please contact us directly for a custom group rate.
